Hello everyone I hope all is well, I was just curious to know if any of you who meditate out there could give me some advice on making meditation a daily routine?. I know it may sound stupid but I just can't seem to stick to it.
Carlo A Consider meditating right after you get up from sleep. Build up to 20 minutes. Trust inner guidance on whether to do more. Some do fine on 10 or 15 minutes, others function optimally with up to 3 hours daily. Practice disengaging from mind chatter more quickly as it arises. Helpful for screening out mind chatter: the Drone and the Heart Drone by Harold Moses. Very low volume. There is fullness in the emptiness. Guidance via feelings in the silence.
